Paul’s journey in banking began 31 years ago, building a foundation of knowledge, relationships, and a commitment to serving clients with integrity. Since 1998, he has specialized as a commercial lender, developing a deep understanding of business financing and playing a key role in supporting the growth of countless businesses along the way.
He joined Iowa Trust in 2021 as Executive Vice President, where he quickly became an integral part of the leadership team. During his time in that role, Paul has demonstrated not only strong financial expertise but also a collaborative leadership style that aligns closely with Iowa Trust’s values.
In his new position as Chief Lending Officer, Paul will oversee the commercial lending team, guiding strategy, strengthening client relationships, and continuing to build on the bank’s reputation for responsive and personalized service. His extensive experience and steady leadership will be instrumental as Iowa Trust continues to grow and support the communities it serves.
