Iowa Trust Named a Top Workplace for Fifth Consecutive Year
Iowa Trust is proud to announce that it has been named a 2026 Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register, marking the bank’s fifth consecutive year receiving the honor.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on feedback gathered from employees through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement technology company. The survey measures several aspects of the employee experience, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to do their best work.
Receiving the recognition for five years in a row reflects the workplace culture Iowa Trust employees continue to build across the organization.
