Iowa Trust Named 2024 Iowa Top Workplace
Iowa Trust has been awarded an Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register for the third consecutive year. For the 2024 rankings, Iowa Trust is listed #45 on the small companies list.
The 2024 list recognizes businesses, organizations, and agencies across various industries. To qualify, organizations must have at least 35 employees to participate through an employee survey administered by Energage LLC, which covers areas such as leadership, values, direction, communication, and benefits. The Iowa Top Workplace rankings were composite scores calculated purely on employee resources.
